Problem with RightAlt key in mintty

Fixed on svn. I'd wrongly assumed that RightAlt is AltGr when the
'Ctrl+LeftAlt is AltGr' option is on. This bug was exposed by fixing
the interpretation of that option in 0.5.5, which was applied the
wrong way round previously.
