[1.7] /proc/mounts, /etc/mtab

I just implemented /proc/$PID/mounts as well as the /proc/mounts
symlink to /proc/self/mounts as on Linux.  We just have to add
`ln -s /proc/mounts /etc/mtab' to some base script.
