Invalid csih method in ssh-user-config scripts

In the latest version of ssh-user-config from 1.7 it uses the method
csih_error_multiline which doesn't exist, I assume this should be
csih_error_multi from:
/usr/share/csih/cygwin-service-installation-helper.sh
