How to install-libLTLIBRARIES dll to bin?

  Argh.  Tell you what, let's change it from -bindir to -relative-bindir and
just say that you have to pass in "../../../../bin/" or whatever you want.

  Yeh, haven't got beyond a skeleton for that yet, this is WIP :)
