[1.7] mount -c is lost after reboot

Hi,

Whenever I do a "mount -c /" in cygwin 1.7, it seems to revert back to 
/cygdrive after rebooting on Windows XP x64. Any ideas on how to have 
the mount point change persist through reboots?
