Launching CMD.EXE windows from cygwin bash

  Doh, I'm a complete idiot.  "start" is a cmd.exe builtin, of course it won't
work from bash.  I've had this definition in my bashrc for so long I forgot
about it!

$ alias start
alias start='cmd /c start '
