The above, however, misses my favorite:
man -t, which generates Postscript output that can be filtered thru
ps2pdf. generating man pages in pdf format

Try Ghostgum ghostview. Windows compatible (no Cygwin, or X windows
required and with print capability) and FOSS (free and open source
software).
