under cygwin, zsh cannot run when built against ncurses9-5.7-13

fltk's fluid depends on libpng and libjpeg.
If I move back to from jpeg 6b-20 to 6b-12 and
from png 1.2.35-10 to 1.2.12-1, the built fluid.exe
will launch successfully.
