Problem [1.7]: link /bin/lzma -> xz

Actually I get

~> cygcheck -cd liblzmadec0
Cygwin Package Information

Also

~> /bin/xz --version
xz 4.999.8beta
liblzma 4.999.8beta

~> /bin/lzma --version
LZMA command line tool 4.32.0beta3
LZMA SDK 4.43

 > Hmmm ... I think I know what happened ... because of the screwy
 > version numbers, I need to re-establish the prev: and curr:
 > settings in the setup.hints. I'll go do that now.
