Accessing GLOBALROOT paths - a potential compromise???

Out of curiosity I experimented some more with this, and it's 
even more simple than that.  Defining X: like this:

  $ ./DefDosDevice X: '\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy1'

works out of the box, even with Windows Explorer.
