cygserver in cygwin 1.7.0-62 worked, but fails with seg fault in cygwin 1.7.0-63 and -64

I had a similar problem. I had 1.7.0-62 installed and had run rebaseall. 
I upgraded to -64 and cygserver dumped core. I did not run rebaseall 
after the upgrade.

I found that reinstalling libstdc++6 and libstdc__6-devel without 
rebasing afterward fixed the problem for me.
