cmake 2.6.4-1 source is not source

  Hi all.
  When I install the source to cygwin's cmake 2.6.4-1, all I get is a
tarball with bin/ and share/ directories (i.e. an installation tarball
with no source).  Providing actual source would be a bit more useful
:-).
