gfortran binary updated on GFortran wiki to 4.6

The gfortran binary at the wiki has been updated to latest trunk experimental 
4.6.  This binary includes c, c++, and fortran compilers. (Note: This is not an 
official Gnu or Cygwin release.)

Let me know if any problems encountered.
