Errors in Exim, rebaseall, inetd.

Do you add "-D" to the arguments passed on to inetd by cygrunsrv? E.g.
cygrunsrv -I inetd -d "CYGWIN inetd" -p /usr/sbin/inetd -a "-D" ...
^^^^^^^
Without -D, inetd will "daemonize" which means fork a new copy of
itself, and the old copy exits. Since cygrunsrv only knows about the old
copy...it exits too.
This is why the "iu-config" script is provided...to install inetd
"correctly" by taking care of these details.
