Workaround for installing Perl module DateTime::Locale

On further consideration, it may have been cleaning up the old install
that made the difference:

rm -rf /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.10/DateTime/

I don't know.  Anyway, maybe it will be useful for the next person who
runs into that problem.
