'/bin/sh' gone cannot build gcc

[Aaron Gray]

I have upgraded Cygwin and am trying to build 'llvm-gcc' which is
essentially the same as gcc and get the following :-

    bash: /home/ang/svn/llvm-gcc/configure: /bin/sh: bad interpreter:
Permission denied
