'require Tk;' with perl-Tk 804.029-1 fails to compile

$ /bin/perl -e 'require Tk;' 
Tk object version 804.029 does not match $Tk::XS_VERSION 804.028 at /usr/lib/perl5/5.10/i686-cygwin/DynaLoader.pm line 223.
Compilation failed in require at -e line 1.

Reverting to the previous perl-Tk version (804.028-3) works.

cygcheck output attached.

All I'm doing is upgrading perl-Tk, so it seems unlikely I'm doing something wrong here...
