CPAN module can't be compiled after upgraded to Cygwin 1.7.5

Hi Lenik,
This means that your GCC is version 3; -fstack-protector is for GCC 4.
You need to make sure that the gcc4 package is installed; then use the
"alternatives" program to make GCC4 the default.
This has come up before. Check the mailing list archives.
