Indeed, the dependencies for libautotrace3 were not updated for the new 
release.  The correct dependencies are:

requires: libgcc1 libImageMagick1 libming1 libpng12 libpstoedit0

Dr. Volker, I updated libautotrace3/setup.hint on sourceware 
accordingly; please be sure to fix your local version.
