can't execute rundll32

I have problem with execute rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation
via ssh connection. After execute command from remote machine (via
ssh) I can't lock workstation, but if execute rundll32 from local
machine (cygwin console) it is working. How to fix this problem?
