cygwin1.7 and Eclipse CDT?

The CDT looks for Cygwin in the registry. But Cygwin 1.7 doesn't use the 
registry anymore. It works if you upgrade from 1.5 to 1.7 but not if you 
install 1.7 from a clean Windows or in another location.
