Cygwin vs Via C3: nothing happens, no output

  Hmmm, quite likely not.  Everything in the Cygwin distro is compiled for
i686 or above CPUs.  C3 is crippled, isn't it?  No SSE/MMX, all that stuff?

  I imagine your linux kernel is compiled for i386.
