"svn --version" halts in 1.7.2-2

Hi,

"svn --version" hals in 1.7.2-2 on both Windows7 and XP.
The log is following:

$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-6.1 yumiko 1.7.2(0.225/5/3) 2010-03-24 21:12 i686 Cygwin
$ env LANG=C svn --version
svn, version 1.6.9 (r901367)
   compiled Feb 10 2010, 10:34:02

The following repository access (RA) modules are available:

  - handles 'file' scheme
* ra_serf : Module for accessing a repository via WebDAV protocol using serf.
  - handles 'http' scheme
  - handles 'https' scheme

(the shell prompt is not shown, and control+C has no effect)
