That's weird.  I "fixed" that now by adding "curr" and "prev" entries to
the setup.hint files, but actually that shouldn't be necessary and never
was.

Has something changed in upset lately, so that 0.9.8p-1 is not
recognized as being newer than 0.9.8o-2 anymore?
