Is python-xlib no longer available under Cygwin?

python-xlib was never included in the distro.  FWIW, I just build the
latest python-xlib for Python 2.6, and it will be in the next Ports
upload.  If you have further questions about Cygwin Ports packages,
please follow up on the cygwin-ports-general list.
