Oddities with file deletion on CIFS drive

OK, take a look at <http://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/ntsec.html#ntsec-ids>.
You'll want to use 'mkpasswd' and 'mkgroup' to get the passwd and group
files fixed up.
