unable to remap to same address as parent - despite rebaseall

Hi!

I'm on Windows 7 and I'm getting:

fatal error - unable to remap
\\?\C:\cygwin\lib\ruby\gems\1.8\gems\bcrypt-ruby-2.1.4\lib\bcrypt_ext.so
to same address as parent:

but to no avail.

Anybody know?
