Yes; but to use Oracle (or other Windows-based) JVMs mostly
requires setting PATH and CLASSPATH properly. Most particularly,
CLASSPATH needs to be in Windows format (';' separator, not ':',
and \ in file/directory paths, not /). This mostly requires
understanding of appropriate quoting and use of cygpath ...
