1.7.9: dircolors error on WinXP

Running the following:
  dircolors -b > .dircolors
  dircolors -b .dircolors
results in the error:
.dircolors:1: invalid line; missing second token

This works just fine ona Win7 installation of the same 1.7.9 version.

Couldn't find anything other than a 2006 reference to this error in the list archives

Thanks...jon
