automatic deploying, howto ?

hi,

i have about 20 stations with windows xp at work
i would like to install cygwin on all of them
so ! the question is:

is there anyway to automate install on all of them (with my choice of 
packages) ?

also, is there any way to automate install of some services ? (like 
crond or sshd)
