how to access to drive using cd

You have an error in the path you entered (at least in this message).
It should be /cygdrive/q rather than /cygwin/q.  Can you confirm that
you actually tried the command exactly as I sent it originally?  Copy
and paste it into your terminal to be sure:

cd /cygdrive/q
