[ANNOUNCEMENT] Test update: perl-5.14.0-1

perl has been updated to 5.14.0-1 as early test in the Experimental section.

This is for early feedback for the new perl and to build dependent
packages. There will be no binary ABI changes with the official release,
but I'm still working in the automatic rebase when building new CPAN
packages.

I'm for the next two weeks on a business trip and not easily reachable.
But someone requested this early test release, for UNICODE work.
I'm not sure if packaging is kosher at all.
vendor_perl is missing
   mkdir -p /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.14/i686-cygwin/auto
and perlrebase should be run.

Runtime requirements: (versions given or later)

   libgdbm4
   libdb4.5
