Version 39c-5 of "mksh" has been uploaded.

MirBSD Korn Shell (mksh) is an actively developed free implementation
of the Korn Shell programming language and a successor to the Public
Domain Korn Shell (pdksh).

New in this release:
- Fix issue in the '-4' release where 'cd' would fold the '//' path to '/'
