[ANNOUNCEMENT] New package: libdaemon-0.14-1

The following packages have been added to the Cygwin distribution:

*** libdaemon0-0.14-1
*** libdaemon-devel-0.14-1

libdaemon is a lightweight C library that eases the writing of
*NIX daemons.  It has been added as a dependency of avahi.
