pango, gdk-pixbuf and gtk+-3 packaging request

Today released GNOME 3.4.1 already contains patches for Gtk3 and 
GdkPixbuf, so the remaining candidate is the one for Pango, which 
unfortunately did not seem to get new release for 3.4.1.
