OpenSSL 1.0.1-1 does not seem to support engine aesni

There is no aesni engine in the official upstream openssl sources, as
far as I'm aware.  I don't see such an engine in the 1.0.0h version on
Fedora 16, nor in the 1.0.1 sources as used in Cygwin, nor in the
upstream CVS repository.
