libXft1-1.0.0-1 should be obsoleted

Hi

In a full cgwin install libXft1-1.0.0-1 installs /usr/X11R6/bin/cygXft-1.dll
in the deprecated /usr/X11R6 tree.

libXft1 should be obsoleted as nothing depends on it anymore.
