The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

*** texlive-collection-publishers-20121214-1
*** texlive-collection-publishers-doc-20121214-1

TeX Live provides a comprehensive, cross-platform TeX system.  It 
includes all the major TeX-related programs, macro packages, and fonts 
that are free software, including support for many languages around the 
world.

This is an update to the latest release of the upstream 
collection-publishers.  The TeX Live package `uspatent' is now included, 
as requested in
