gitk broken after update

After one of the recent updates (X.Org?), gitk doesn't work anymore:

  $ gitk
  Error in startup script: unknown color name "SystemButtonFace"
      while executing
  "winfo rgb . $c"
      (procedure "setui" line 3)
      invoked from within
  "setui $uicolor"
      (file "D:\cygwin\bin\gitk" line 11504)

Any ideas?
