Well, your mirrors are on the mirror list (cygwin.com/mirrors.lst) so
it appears you are picking current mirrors.  Do you require a proxy
or other settings to access the Internet with your browser from this
machine?  If so, you want to choose the "Use Internet Explorer Proxy
Settings" or "Use HTTP/FTP Proxy:" in setup.
