csih-0.9.5-1 missing dependency ?

$ cygcheck -f /usr/lib/csih/getAccountName.exe

$ cygcheck  /usr/lib/csih/getAccountName
E:\cygwin\lib\csih\getAccountName.exe
   C:\Windows\system32\KERNEL32.dll

   C:\Windows\system32\msvcrt.dll
[cut]
cygcheck: track_down: could not find libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll
cygcheck: track_down: could not find libstdc++-6.dll

or should be better compiled static to avoid non-cygwin dependencies ?
