The tiff package provides libraries and utilities for manipulating
TIFF image files.
This is a security update.
CHANGES (since 3.9.6-1)

o Update to latest upstream release
o Include security fixes for:
+ CVE-2012-4447
+ CVE-2012-4564
+ CVE-2012-5581
o Remove explicit setup hint files; rely on cygport autogeneration.
o Still need local patch to revert tiffdump breakage introduced in
upstream tiff-3.9.5. See below for bugzilla info.
o First build for 64bit cygwin.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link
