Whois for Cygwin64

It looks like a package for whois (gnu whois) hasn't yet been compiled for Cygwin64. I downloaded the source package for it and once I had all the dependencies taken care of it compiled nicely with cygports (--64).

Just wondering if there's something else holding up the package or it just hasn't been gotten around to yet.

I built 5.0.11 fwiw.
