There is a packaging or upload error with these:

-rw-r--r-- 1 user users 1084632 29. Nov 16:19 rpm-4.11.1-1.tar.xz
-rw-r--r-- 1 user users 1109872 29. Nov 16:19 rpm-4.11.1-1.tar.xzp

The setup.ini file has picked up 4.11.1-1.xzp as the version of the package
and the ".xzp" file is selected as the corresponding archive, the previous
version is not listed at all.
