libsasl2-devel 2.1.26-2 adds a /usr/lib/pkgconfig/libsasl2.pc file, not
present in 2.1.23-1, but it seems to be malformed:

$ pkg-config --modversion libsasl2
Variable 'exec_prefix' not defined in '/usr/lib/pkgconfig/libsasl2.pc'
