Shouldn't gcc-4 depend on libmpfr4 ?

Hi Yaakov,

I'm getting:

It seems cygport is not picking up the debuginfo files and leaves them
unpackaged.  Why is this happening, is there anything I can do about this?

Also, you've changed the packaging in these cygport files (the shared components
were in the ${PN} package before), was this intentional?
