Run windows script remotely using Cygwin?

Allowing this is controlled by Windows, not Cygwin (though there is a
switch, -i, on cygrunsrv which toggles this on for a service being
installed).  But Windows severely limits the ability to do this post-XP.
So, if you're on XP, you may have some luck setting this flag in
Windows and getting it to work.  Otherwise, there's no easy way to
make this work.  If the need is just to see the output of the script,
perhaps redirecting it to a file would be an alternative.
