That's a somewhat unusual situation.  In theory, the 64 bit package
shouldn't have been uploaded.  Jari ITP'ed the (then 32-bit only) cfv
package back in March, but it was never reviewed, RFU'd and uploaded.

The 64 bit version is up now anyway, and apparently there's some demand
here, so I uploaded the 32 bit version now, too.
