Hi,

I'm trying to install Cygwin onto a new machine, and the installer fails
with the following error:
Package: Unknown package
	pristine-tar.sh exit code 1

Checking setup.log.full reveals that it's trying to use a package from
Perl 5.10 rather than the installed version 5.14:
2013/09/16 08:58:25 running: C:\cygwin\bin\bash.exe --norc --noprofile
"/etc/postinstall/pristine-tar.sh"
grep: /usr/lib/perl5/5.10/i686-cygwin/perllocal.pod: No such file or
directory
/etc/postinstall/pristine-tar.sh: line 17:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.10/i686-cygwin/perllocal.pod: No such file or directory
2013/09/16 08:58:26 abnormal exit: exit code=1

On my machine, perllocal.pod is found in the path
/usr/lib/perl5/5.14/i686-cygwin-threads-64int/perllocal.pod
