i686-w64-mingw32-gcc of cygwin64 is broken

These have been updated:
mingw64-*-headers-3.0.0-1
mingw64-*-runtime-3.0.0-1
w32api-{headers,runtime}-3.0.
0-1

I wonder if the cross-compiler it-self should not be rebuilt.
